Get a Library Card

The Dancing Rabbit Library Card or DRLC Borrowing Card is available to patrons who are at least 18 years of age and in good standing with their HOME LIBRARY. The DRLC allows patrons to use materials in any member consortium’s library.

The Dancing Rabbit Consortium of Library is a group of Mississippi Public Library systems that have come together to make their resources available to patrons outside of their own library system.
